Agricultural Lands

We offer a selection of farms in the Falaj Al Mualla area of Umm Al Quwain, whether as vacant land or fully developed farms. All UAE nationals and GCC citizens are eligible for ownership, while farms in Kaber are exclusively available to Umm Al Quwain citizens.

Falaj Al Mualla and Kaber are among the most picturesque farming regions in the country, serving as prime retreats during the summer (Al Qaidh) for Emiratis. The area is renowned for cultivating palm trees, vegetables, lemons, and mangoes. Its agricultural prosperity is attributed to fertile soil and an abundant supply of fresh water.
